Our Values

We are a spiritual couple and consider ourselves to be very open-minded. We believe in treating everyone with basic dignity and respect. We hope to pass these important values on to our children.

Our kids will learn by example the importance of family and friends. We are fortunate to have friends we can call in times of need. We try to spend as much time with our families as possible. Barbara’s mom lives only a few miles away. Roy’s mom lives a little farther away, but he usually talks with her every week.

Education is important to us. We know that one of the key ingredients in education is parent involvement. We both look forward to helping with homework, participating in the PTA, etc. Both of us have college degrees and we hope our children will go to college. But we will support them in whatever education and career paths they pursue.
